Monthly Event at Holistic Lab:
Relax, Balance, Calm – a Sound Bath & Reiki Session.
In this 90-minute event, we will utilize the harmonious combination of Sound and Reiki to align your physical and energy bodies. This alignment aims to calm your mind and soothe your nervous system. The session will begin with a gentle meditation, allowing you to center and ground yourself. This will be followed by the therapeutic tones of a sound bath, accompanied by hands-on Reiki treatment.

Womens Wellness Retreat in Phoenix, AZ
We enjoyed a weekend of profound rest and nourishment at our Vedic-based retreat, set in the idyllic Brexley in Scottsdale, Arizona, in April 2023. Over the course of four days, our participants experienced a range of enriching activities:

Nourishment with amazing Ayurvedic Inspired Food
The retreat was led by me, Dagmara Loftus - Holistic Nutrition Consultant, Space Holder, and Retreat Organizer. My role was to prepare nourishing, organic, homemade Ayurvedic-inspired meals. The menu, crafted to support wellness journeys, featured plant-based and vegetarian dishes with warming spices for healthy digestion, detoxification, and mental clarity. Participant favorites included baked bananas, caramelized apples with ghee, quinoa porridge, mango lassi, and chai tea.
Co-organizing the retreat with me was Amanda Castillo, a Phoenix-based Vedic Meditation Teacher. Amanda led the Vedic meditation courses and self-development workshops, teaching participants about integrating wellness routines into their daily lives. Together, we created a safe space for participants to delve into their wellness journey, starting with Vedic meditation practice, rest, and the acquisition of new health tools for use at home. Our priority was ensuring each participant felt cared for, safe, and supported.
